1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the Jammu district of Jammu & Kashmir only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Local Deliveries (within Jammu district): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistical challenges.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable to receive the package on both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost, we will work with our delivery partners to locate the package or arrange for a replacement.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
